Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aircraft Component Technician to join our team in Miami, FL. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-$33, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

As an Aircraft Component Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accessory components for our jet engine services. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, testing, and inspecting aviation accessory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, modifications, and tests according to manufacturer instructions and repair station processes.
• Troubleshoot product failures and conduct necessary maintenance to restore operational status.
• Use electronic test equipment and hand tools accurately for maintenance tasks.
• Handle solder work in compliance with industry standards.
• Document all work and inspections thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Conduct routine assembly operations on engine mechanical assemblies and aircraft systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in engine harness wire routing, wire dressing, harness repairs, cannon plug repairs, and functional testing of aviation components.
• Knowledge of testing and repairs of ball screw actuators, VSV actuators, and related testing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for prolonged periods as needed.
