**Position Overview:**
- Assist in overseeing warehouse operations including selection, dock management, loading, and on-time departures.
- Communicate proactively and build action plans that ensure safety, production, and quality goals are met.
- Engage with the workforce through a hands-on management style, fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Support the shift manager with floor presence, employee oversight, and training.
- Maintain a clean and efficient worksite, ensuring compliance with selection best practices and pallet building.
