Verizon is looking for a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising with strong expertise who will design, champion, and lead holistic merchandising strategies and oversee their execution across the enterprise. They are responsible for ensuring a premium environment that enhances the customer experience and promotes brand consistency.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning visual merchandising strategies for all of the company’s retail stores and pop-ups.

• Championing a premium brand and customer experience.

• Working directly with senior leaders to ensure that in-store merchandising maximizes sales lift opportunities.

• Partnering with stakeholders and analyzing research/industry trends to drive new retail formats, product displays, and product placement strategies.

• Owning and overseeing new visual merchandising standards and best practices.

• Working hand-in-hand with Creative Directors to develop better creative work.

• Owning and managing project budgets to ensure operational effectiveness.

• Leading fast-paced timelines and monitoring deadlines.

What we’re looking for:

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Six or more years of corporate retail work and project management experience.

• Experience working in/with a large national multi-channel retailer, while managing multiple external partners and internal stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Visual merchandising, buying, or interior design background.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of computer drafting and 3D modeling.

• Willingness to work independently “owning” projects from inception to completion.

• Self-starter mindset, learning and adapting quickly to new systems and processes.

• Strong communication and design presentation skills.

• Strong design aesthetic.

• Willingness to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Are detail-oriented.

• Willingness to drive results.

• Willingness to travel between New York, NY and Basking Ridge, NJ.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $201,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
