Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative kitchen systems to enhance efficiency and food quality.
• Implement strategies to minimize food waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed and lead quality assurance initiatives.
• Train and develop back-of-house staff on operational procedures and food safety standards.
• Promote high customer service standards and a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example in upholding Chick-fil-A's core values and fostering a high-performing team culture.

• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
• Seek innovative solutions for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen management, food safety compliance, and team leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Ability to identify operational problems and create innovative solutions.
• Experience in front-of-house operations is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and night shifts.
• Strong understanding and embodiment of Chick-fil-A's culture of CARE.
