Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for locking and alarming all buildings and providing an escort to closing staff to their vehicles. In addition, assistance with minor maintenance issues.

Position Responsibilities

• Lock and alarm all building at closing.
• Escort closing staff to their vehicles.
• Conduct light maintenance work around designated areas (changing light bulbs, straightening pool furniture, touch up painting).
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
• Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written), and the ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
• Ability to deal with upset customers in person in a calm and rational manner and diffuse difficult situations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of full time, paid, professional experience working in a people facing customer service role.
• Must have a polished and professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Walking and or driving throughout community.
• Works indoors and outdoors.
• Utilizing a computer and other office equipment.
