We are looking for a visionary, someone who can translate elite taste into stunning, memorable visuals. You will become the visual architect of our brands. From cigar bands and luxury packaging to restaurant menus, merchandise, digital campaigns, and full brand identities — every pixel you design must evoke power, beauty, exclusivity, and legacy. ⸻ You Are: • A genius-level creative thinker with ultra-refined taste • Deeply fluent in luxury visual language — timeless, sleek, elevated • Able to build iconic brand systems that stand the test of time • Fast, self-directed, obsessively detailed • Aware of trends but never trendy — you create the next visual standard • Emotionally intelligent — you can read the soul of a brand and translate it visually • Experienced working directly with founders, CEOs, or luxury clients ⸻ Responsibilities: • Design brand identities for new and existing luxury businesses • Develop cigar packaging (bands, boxes, labels) and retail branding • Create restaurant menus, luxury T-shirt and polo graphics, merchandise, and print • Build stunning investor decks, brand books, and digital presentations • Lead visual design for new cigar lounges, from concept to experience • Work closely with the Chairman to align on strategic vision • Oversee and maintain high-end creative consistency across all channels ⸻ Must-Have Experience: • Proven portfolio in luxury brand design (fashion, spirits, cigars, hospitality, or similar) • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Deep understanding of typography, print production, packaging, and branding • Ability to work across digital, print, and merchandise formats • Global mindset with cultural sensitivity in design aesthetics ⸻ Bonus if you: • Have designed for premium cigars, whiskey brands, or luxury hotels • Have 3D, animation, motion, or architectural rendering skills • Can direct photography and video art direction • Have led a brand from concept to global recognition • Know how to build timeless logos and cohesive visual systems ⸻ What We Offer: • The opportunity to build iconic, global luxury brands • Direct access to leadership, fast decision-making, and massive creative freedom • Competitive salary + performance bonuses • A portfolio that could define your entire career ⸻ Apply only if your work can sit next to Chanel, Rolls-Royce, or Davidoff — and still stand out.
