Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with deep expertise in patient access and IT solutions. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving growth by positioning T2 Flex as the premier partner for patient access transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Growth – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and secure new clients within hospitals, healthcare systems, and patient access management teams.
  • Client-Centric Selling – Engage with C-suite executives, Patient Access Directors, and IT decision-makers to understand their pain points and present T2 Flex's tailored solutions that streamline patient access workflows, reduce delays, and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management – Identify key prospects, cultivate relationships, and drive opportunities through the sales funnel to successful contract execution.
  • Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership – Stay ahead of healthcare patient access trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements to position T2 Flex as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations – Lead client pitches, create compelling proposals, and deliver high-impact presentations that showcase our ROI-driven solutions for enhancing patient access and operational efficiency.
  • Partnership Building – Establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, technology partners, and industry influencers to expand T2 Flex's footprint in the market.
  • Collaboration with Delivery Teams – Work closely with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance & Metrics – Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, track KPIs, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong emphasis on healthcare patient access solutions or healthcare IT.
  • Proven success in selling consulting services, technology solutions, or patient access transformation programs to healthcare organizations.
  • Strong network and existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, or patient access management teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and patient access platforms is a strong plus.
