About Us:
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to help us navigate complex cases with integrity and care. You'll work with clients in need of support during some of life's most challenging times-whether it's divorce, child custody, adoption, or other family-related matters.
Responsibilities:
* Client Advocacy represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, custody, and adoption with expert guidance and support.
* Document Drafting prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and court filings.
* Settlement Negotiation lead negotiations and mediate disputes to achieve favorable, out-of-court resolutions.
* Court Representation represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
* Client Relationship Building develop strong relationships with clients, offering empathetic support and guidance.
* Team Collaboration working closely with the legal team to efficiently manage cases and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in New Jersey
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law-- experience with complex cases in a plus!
* Deep understanding of family law statutes , court procedures, and family court rules
* Exceptional communication skills , both written and oral
* Proven negotiations abilities and experience with settlement discussions
* Empathy and problem-- solving skills- - you're focused on helping people while finding creative legal solutions
* Strong ability to manage a high caseload while meetin deadlines
