Finance Manager It reports to the CEO.
They
must have experience in Finance and either mining or manufacturing or something pretty industrial.
If we need to relocate someone, they will pay a $5K signing bonus to get them to Milford. If it takes more to get this person to Milford, we will negotiate more. But let's try to find someone in Utah or Nevada where we can make a corporate move work for $5K.
Company has acquired Tamra Mine in Milford Utah. They have renamed it Milford Mine. Lab Manager
must come from mining or mineral processing and have a background with a focus on mineral processing.

What You’ll Do
Financial Strategy & Reporting • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports with insights that drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with
GAAP, FASB, and industry financial regulations. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management • Analyze
cost drivers and operational efficiencies to maximize financial performance.
• Oversee inventory valuation, tracking, and reconciliation for optimal asset management.
Accounts Payable/Receivable & General Ledger Oversight • Manage AP/AR to maintain cash flow efficiency and timely transactions.
• Ensure
accuracy and integrity of financial records through meticulous general ledger oversight.
Treasury & Cash Flow Optimization • Develop
banking and treasury strategies t o optimize liquidity and working capital.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure smooth operations and strategic investments.
Capital & Asset Management • Maintain
fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and capital investment tracking. • Provide data-driven insights to support
high-impact financial decisions. Risk & Compliance Leadership • Strengthen internal financial controls to
safeguard assets and minimize risk. • Lead financial audits and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory policies.
Cross-Functional Influence • Collaborate with
operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Support
vendor negotiations, contract analysis, and strategic partnerships. What You Bring to the Table •

Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
Preferred: MBA or CPA certification for an extra competitive edge.
