Group Home Personal Care Assistant up to $25/hr

We are hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide hands-on support for residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities in a group home setting. Many residents have mobility challenges and require physical assistance with their daily routines. This role can pay up to $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Support residents in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational activities
• Offer physical assistance as needed to promote residents' safety and well-being
• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, leisure, and social skill development
• Participate in individual meetings and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Operate state vehicles to transport residents to work, recreational events, and other outings

Requirements:

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least 6 months of direct care experience
