Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a dynamic organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment campaigns, fostering candidate relationships, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to sourcers, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.
- Supervise and support interns or apprentices as they integrate into the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, fostering strong relationships with both active and passive talent.
- Manage internal recruitment processes, including internal transfers and promotions.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with external staffing agencies when needed.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber talent and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, engaging with prospective candidates and sharing insights about available opportunities. Requirements - Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other related HR technologies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Skilled in conducting background checks and managing benefit functions.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Familiarity with platforms like CareerBuilder and other recruitment tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles within talent acquisition.
- Experience in financial services or similar industries is an advantage. TalentMatch®
