Insurance Agent / Agency Owner
We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to become an Agency Owner within the next year. In this role, you will learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, help hire and train new agents. Our Lead Generation System:
Each week, we send thousands of letters to homeowners who have recently bought or refinanced a home. These letters offer mortgage protection services, ensuring that the homeowner's mortgage payments are covered in the event of death, critical illness, or disability. If the homeowner is still alive at the end of the term, they receive all their premiums back.
Interested homeowners will fill out a simple form and request to be contacted. Our team then sets an appointment to discuss their options. There is no cold calling involved — you will only reach out to people who have actively requested information.
Basic Job Description:
This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position.
As a sales associate, you will call clients, schedule appointments, discuss the best mortgage protection plans based on their budget, and complete electronic applications for coverage.
Full-time agents typically work with 12-15 families per week. Many agents start part-time and transition to full-time as they gain experience.
