NOW HIRING: Overnight Delivery Driver (Non-CDL or Class B) – Lightning Logistics

Location: Council Bluffs, IA

Shift: Overnight Routes | Full-Time

Pay: Competitive Pay Paid Weekly

Lightning Logistics is looking for responsible and motivated Overnight Delivery Drivers to join our growing team! No Class A CDL required — just a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to getting the job done right. About the Role:

As an Overnight Delivery Driver , you’ll handle local and regional dedicated routes during overnights, delivering agricultural and automotive parts safely and on time. You’ll drive smaller commercial vehicles—no big rigs or special CDL required.

• Safely operate a company vehicle (26ft Box Truck)
• Make overnight deliveries to local/regional customers.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight.
• Maintain delivery logs and communicate with dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop.

Requirements:

• Valid state driver’s license (Non-CDL)
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Must be able to pass a Pre Employment Drug Screen
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• Experience in delivery driving preferred
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and navigate delivery locations
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
