About Us:

We're a boutique general contractor specializing in the renovation of iconic hotel brands. We're recognized for our rapid growth and commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where precision, ownership, and client satisfaction are paramount.

About the Role:

As a Pre-Construction and Estimating Project Manager, you'll be the key player in our business development, estimating, and pre-construction processes. You'll ensure seamless project transitions and deliver exceptional client service.

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range that reflects your skills and experience.
Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, company-paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account options, and TSA Pre-Check.
Rewarding Career Path: Be part of a rapidly growing company with ample opportunities for advancement.
Dynamic Culture: Join a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to exceptional results.
Flexible Work Options: We offer hybrid or fully remote opportunities depending on location.
What You'll Do:

Client & Sales Management: Develop competitive budgets and estimates (ranging from $1M-$5M), contribute to bid calendars, and nurture strong client relationships.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the pre-construction team to gather vendor and subcontractor proposals, clarify scopes, and manage RFIs and submittals.
Financial Oversight: Ensure proposals meet target gross margins and maintain profitability during the buyout phase.
Brand Standards: Stay up-to-date on hotel brand standards and ADA compliance requirements.
Information Management: Conduct on-site and digital takeoffs, organize project contacts, and maintain accurate records.
Client Development: Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and kick-off events.
What You'll Bring:

3-6 years of experience in estimating or pre-construction in a fast-paced environment.
General contractor or subcontractor experience (hotel construction or tenant improvement experience is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in estimating and project management software, plus Microsoft 365 skills.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage complex processes accurately and thrive under pressure.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Who You Are:

Strategic and Client-Focused: A proactive problem-solver who builds trust and delivers value.
Technically Skilled: Confident in managing budgets, estimates, and project transitions.
Results-Driven: Energized by deadlines and complex challenges.
Relationship Builder: Excels at managing client and subcontractor relationships.
Committed to Excellence: Continuously learning and adapting.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 90,000.00 Per Year
