In this role, youll be at the forefront of talent acquisitionsourcing, screening, and placing candidates who are the right fit for a variety of roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media, job boards, and other sourcing channels
Partner closely with team leaders to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of candidate activity and recruitment metrics
Provide a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Prepare new employee files and onboarding documentation to support a seamless integration process
Take on other related tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken this is essential
Prior experience in recruitment is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence candidates effectively
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
