Security Patrol (Seasonal/Part-Time) - LACC (Lake Almanor, CA).

Summary:

We are seeking a Security Patrol member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various functions while ensuring a positive and efficient work environment for all employees. As a member of our team, you assist all members and guests as they enter our community as well as help with the day-to-day operations of the department. Your ability to handle people in a calm and friendly manner will be essential in this role.

The Security Patrol member will report to the Security Manager and work closely with the entire team, contributing to the organizational culture and promoting our values. Work Hours:

• Seasonal part-time employment available. Full-time employment may be offered to the right candidate.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $19.00 to $20.50.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• High level of integrity and communication skills.
• Strong skills and the ability to handle situations within grace and within procedure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse community.
• High level of ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol club roads while being observant.
• Strong communication skills.
• Conduct accident investigations.
• Traffic control.
• Gate arm repairs.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles.
• Secure buildings.
• Become familiar with surveillance cameras.
• Have or can learn quickly technical and customer service skills.
• Wear appropriate uniform. Must always be clean and neat.
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
