EMIT Learning is seeking four highly motivated and experienced Special Education Teachers to join our vibrant team at our school campus in McCordsville, IN, for the 2024-25 school year and extendable for new school year (2025-26). Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Deliver Impactful Lessons: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. Your teaching will be dynamic, adaptable, and tailored to provide every student with the tools they need to succeed.
• Foster Holistic Growth: Beyond academics, you will nurture the social and emotional growth of your students. Your classroom will be a safe, encouraging space where students can thrive.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with parents, specialists, and fellow educators to create a comprehensive support system for each student, ensuring they receive the attention and resources necessary to reach their full potential.
• Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustment: Track student progress, assess their individual needs and adjust instructional methods to maximize academic success and personal growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education certificates (Mild/Moderate or Moderate Severe) required.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students with diverse learning needs succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Benefits:
