CLIENTS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
* Valid IL Professional Educator License (PEL)
* Authorization to work in the United States of America
* Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies
* Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
