Rate: $90/hr on C2C

Has the intention to convert to FTE. Salary range 130k w/ target bonus of between (USD)10,500 - (USD)14,000 depending on the level.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and strategic Senior Training Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of impactful training initiatives. This role will focus on driving teammate development and ensuring our technology-focused training programs align with business objectives and foster organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, program management expertise, and a passion for learning and development. Understanding of Product Organizations and/or an in-depth understand of AI is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Design and Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive technology-focused training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and develop solutions aligned with organizational and project goals.
  • Create and oversee the development and delivery of training materials to ensure consistency and quality.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders, technologists, and department subject matter experts to understand business priorities and align training initiatives accordingly.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the training team and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and collaboration.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement in training delivery and content.

Team and Resource Management:

  • Lead and mentor training teammates, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational standards.



Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience, in lieu of degree. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or corporate learning and development roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, training delivery and the use of training technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
  • Product Organization knowledge preferred.
  • AI knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
