Our flagship product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. Netflix or PayPal). Be the first hire in any talent, HR, or recruiting function
Partner with cofounders and functional leads to build and execute effective strategies to source, assess, and close high caliber candidates across engineering and other functions
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex roles including initial interviews, progress through the entire pipeline (in Ashby ATS), and offer/closing stage
Initiate and develop highly effective recruiting strategies to make key hires rapidly
Leverage data to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes thereby driving better outcomes for the business
Be willing to do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice to capitalize on an opportunity - the market moves quickly and so should you
Minimum 5+ of full lifecycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience that must include experience at a startup or high growth technology company.
Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles and ability to discuss roles with technical candidates (e.g. software engineers, engineering managers, etc.)
Ability to thrive and grow in a small, early-stage startup environment
Extremely high caliber written and verbal communication skills - you communicate with precision and intentionality
Strong ability to drive the hiring process forward and deliver outcomes for the business despite obstacles and road blocks
