Job Details:

• Mystiq Stores/Katz Boutique is a sexual wellness retail chain with 9 locations in the Houston area. 
• We are looking for an exceptional Store Associate to join our staff.

• In-person interview & sales knowledge testing will be required during the interview.
• We are looking for an exceptional sales associate to join our staff up to 32 hours per week. This position can also lead to a full-time 40-hour position with possibilities for promotion.

• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.

• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge & expertise.
• Help customers navigate through the shopping, product & sales process.
• Meet or exceed daily shift goals.
• Maintain & uphold our visual standards.
• Work in-store programs & events as needed.
• Assist with any necessary processes & operations to keep the store thriving.
• Maintain Inventory process along with corporate leadership
• Create and maintain schedules for the store.

• Maintains cool under pressure.
• An effective & expedient problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
• Positive attitude & believes there is no task too small or large.
• Self-starter; quick to help, quick to solve.

• Loves to talk, listen & learn.
• Shifts are 12 am - 8 am, 8 am - 4 pm, 4 pm - 12 pm although shifts can extend beyond that time.
• Priority is given to those with schedule flexibility.
• Must have references & pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 or older.

Qualifications:

• Retail Sales - 1 year (Required).
• Customer Service - 2 years (Required).
• Sexual Wellness/Adult Novelty Sales - 6 months (Preferred).

Rate: $8.50/hour
