This is a fairly broad position that will work closely with various divisions of our company.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing inbound calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
· Managing inbound shipments, walk-in customers, salesmen
· Assisting in office organization, printing plans, completing material certifications
· Imputing documents & correspondence in our project management systems
· Completing reconciliation of fleet fuel statements
Qualifications
· Minimum of a Bachelors degree
· Or 5+ years’ experience as an office administrator or relevant role preferred
· Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Bilingual Spanish Speaker PreferredRequired Attributes
· You must be self-motivated and task oriented.
· Able to learn new computer functions
