Job Description
Location: Westlake Village, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 44 per hourWe are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Designer to join our client's fast-paced, in-house creative agency.This role is essential in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to develop, reimagine, and produce innovative layouts, designs, original content, and advertising across all media channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social. As a Creative Designer, you will leverage your project management, design, and production skills to deliver high-quality assets in alignment with established brand strategies and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Actively manage, create, design, and produce final assets for various marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain brand assets, including patterns, icons, templates, and layouts for use across all media.
Apply brand aesthetics across digital, eCommerce, print, and video platforms, ensuring consistency on web, desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with a solid understanding of the marketing lifecycle and operations.
Independently design creative solutions, including concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
Perform additional related duties as required and assigned.
Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
Advanced skills in creative design, typography, page layout, color theory, and illustration.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related platforms.
Familiarity with UX/UI practices and methodologies, with a willingness to expand knowledge using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong knowledge of media production across print, web, mobile, social, and other platforms.
Fundamental photography skills are a plus.
